I have purchased Honda-Unicorn bike (MH-03-BL 4992) from “M/s. Pilot 2 Wheelers Pvt. Ltd., Chembur”. For the said bike their representative “Mr. Parikshit” has asked me to make the payment of Rs. 78,337/- on dtd. 29/01/13 by showing me new price list. He has also informed me that I have to make the payment for applicable price on delivery date / bill date. Accordingly, on delivery date if prices will be hiked then I have to make additional payment & if prices will be decreased than Pilot Honda will refund the amount. Now on delivery date (12/02/13), Pilot Honda has given me bills of Rs. 77,275.43 only against my payment of Rs. 78,337/- i.e. For Rs. 1,061.57/- bills were not provided. On enquiry it is informed that refund procedure is very long and hence I have to adjust the same amount by purchase only. Hence I have to forcefully purchase the extended warranty of worth Rs. 660/-. Except that extended warranty I don’t find any item which is useful to me, hence I have asked to refund the payment of balance amount. I have taken the delivery of bike on dtd. 12/02/13 & still I am pursuing the issue. I have discussed the matter no of times with their Mr. Sharad More, Mr. Jagtap and other more people (A/c deptt.) of “M/s. Pilot 2 Wheelers Pvt. Ltd., Chembur”. I have also dropped e-mail on dtd. 01/04/13 to their e-mail IDs “pilot2wheelers@rediffmail.com” & “pilot2wheelers@rediffmail.com”. But till date I have not received response from their end. If this is the business policy of “M/s. Pilot 2 Wheelers Pvt. Ltd.” that to collect the more money from customer & then pressurizes the customer to adjust the amount by purchasing. Then one must have to loud his voice against such business policy / fraud.
I want compensation against fraud, mental harassment & breach of trust.
