My complain is with regards to internet connection. Bharti Airtel was doing fraud with me. The company has not provide the internet connection though I have paid the money of Rs. 500 on 26th of July, 2011 and till now neither get the internet connection nor get my money back. I had got to the Rajouri Garden branch which is near by my house but the concern person(Amit Singh) is still have the same answer that We will see the matter. After that I was talk to customer care twice but they said you got your money within 45 days but still I didn’t get the money.
