On (30/11/2015) I received a call and said it’s from SBI Credit Card Department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i.e.OTP and CVV number they made a transaction of Rs 7892.00 against Salemall_EpayKerala.The mobile number which was used to send messages is VM-SBICRD. I already send a complaint to the SBI credit card division regarding this and the reply is shown below with their findings, I request you to take this e – mail as my complaint and help me to cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one. my mobileno.is 9445XX3359. card no. xxxx9707.
