I have purchased 2 hcl ME laptops of serial no. 1111AE637575, 1111AE637577 from computer infotech, shop no. 1B Manzoor Ali building,opp. eastern company 34,lalbagh,lko on 16/09/2011 and they had promised to give the gift pack of worth 34000/- including additional 2 yr warranty,3 yr McAfee antivirus pack etc. after registering on the given website but we have not received any gift pack till now.the documents have been couriered to the given address and the no. is EU 91693552 7IN. kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.
