My self Deepak goyal, I have purchased Insurance policy from Met life india insurance company Ajmer which no is 20398667 dated on 13/8/2010, courier boy gave the policy bond to my neighbour when i was not at my home, which i have received on 14/9/2010 , My neighbour was on out of station so that he could not gave the policy bond, After I see the policy bond i was not setisfied the term and condition of this policy and misseling ,so I decided to cancil the policy on 15/9/2010, but I could not received the setisfied revert from Met life india insurance company, The manager said to me that policy will not be cancil, after many convence the manager gave me receiving and said to me that If head quater want to cancil then only policy will cancil other wise policy will not be cancil. But IRDA guideline says that when customer received policy bond the customer have 15 days for free look cancilation period and i have received policy bond from my neighbour on 14/9/2010, But company was wrong at this time the policy bond received by my neighbour not received by me. So plz sir look in to this metter and Refund my whole money back as soon as possible.
