I took a policy from DLFPRAMERICA company.i cancelled this policy because due to sealing in delhi i lost my shop i suffered with huge business loss. to cover my need i badly need the money. But my requst is denied request because of 5 to 6 days late of freelook time period.actully this policy is sourced by one of my client’s daughter abide in karnal and she is an agent with that company. i tried to call them to know that how to cancel this policy. but due to some un avoidable reason in her family iam unable to connect her . After getting response from her about the process of cancellation .
The completion the freelook period only 1 or 2 days later as per courier recived date went to one of the branch in south Ex in New Friends Colony,delhi to submit the cancellation letter but the operation guy told me that this branch is going to be shifted,operation work cannot be done here,It can be process on Monday and he also gave me the address of ghaziabad branch and asked me to submit the same letter there on Monday and then i went to ghaziabad branch and submitted the letter on Monday.This process has taken 3 days more for submitting the letter.This is my humble request to you to refund the amount as it is very urgent
