i have purchased a fujitsu laptop in feb 2013 with one year warranty. now the laptop is out of order and fujitsu is unable to repair it. i am trying to communicate with fujitsu but there is no positive response. they are unable to procure required spareparts to repair my laptop
i am running an private educational institute and all my important data is stuck with laptop. in fact studies of many students is hampered.
i want that they should replace my laptop immediately
