I had purchased a Casio watch (Model no. ED418) from Pantaloon, Bhubaneswar. But due to a defect I gave it for servicing( within my warranty period). The salesman who received the watch further damaged it while receiving it. After “2 months” of receiving the product the salesman called me and said that I have to pay another Rs. 700 because it was broken( which the salesman did). I refused to pay any money as the damage was not caused by me. After a lot of arguments the salesman agreed to pay the sum from his own pocket. And after that every time I go there they give me an excuse that the issue with the watch has been sorted out and it will be delivered to me that week itself. It has been 1 month that I am getting the same excuse. Moreover the salesman is trying to avoid me every time I go there. I am sending a photocopy of the gate pass which I received from them while I deposited my watch.
I want an instant replacement to my watch and an apology from Pantaloons BBSR for the delay.
