futurebazaar.com. KORYO LCD TV not repaired for last 2.5 months

I bought a KORYO KLD32HV-PJA 32 inch LCD TV on 24th December 2012 from futurebazaar.com. After four months it developed a defect with its display. Attached are a few images of how my TV is displaying pictures since last two and half month. I first contacted customersupport@futurebazaar.com and they replied that they are an online shopping portal and all the service related to repair or replacement both would be given by Koryo brand service center only and I should contact them at Koryo Service center: 1800 425 7722. I logged the service request on 6th May 2013 (complaint number:459340). After multiple follow-ups thereafter I didn’t get any solution. When I asked the customer support person to give me some email address or a contact number where I can escalate my concern I was told that there is no such email or any contact where I can escalate the concern and they are ones I have to talk with. The service center asked me to send some images of the TV which I sent on 30th May. Then I wrote my concern to feedback@koryoworld.com on 12th June 2013 and I got a reply “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are forwarding this issue to the Management at Koryo, rest assured that your matter will be looked in with utmost care and attention.” They again asked to send the images on 20th June and I sent the same again. I started following up with the service center again every time I was told that a display panel is not available and my problem will be resolved once one is available. I asked them to replace my TV if a display panel is not available but they refused. After multiple followups, when I called them on 2nd July they told me that a panel has been dispatched on 30th June and they will call back with the latest status but I didn’t get any call. I called them up again on 6th June and they again told me that they will call back shortly with the status. I again followed up on 9th July and then on 11th july. On 11th July they told that they will definitely call back with the status by 15th July 2013. Today is 17th July when I am writing this email and I have not yet received any update. It has been two and half months since I logged my service request. This is my worst ever service related experience. Please suggest what should I do.

TV displays really bad colors on half of the screen.

I want the TV to be immediately replaced and want the KORYO brand to be penalized for delay in providing service as TV is the most commonly used item at home.
