This is regrading the deliver of my 4 packages which have been booked using Gati Kwe from Jamshedpur to delivery at Hyderabad.The packages arrived at Hyderabad office on 12th May but it has been 14 days all the packages have NOT been delivered and there is no action on this from Gati Hyderabad side.Related docket No:414906252.(Complaint also lodged with gati;13023160) There is no definitive response from Gati Hyd office and upon calling Gati customer care at least 50 times but so far no action on this.

The packages should be delivered soonest and there should be a follow up and update from Gati Hyderabad office on delivery of my packages.packages. Gati Hyd MUST take action to resolve this issues, Gati Hyderabad is really harassing and troubling me.
