Initially when I enquired (Satish Sharma) they told me the amount for 4 bags and one cartons is 4500 + 14% service tax. I asked them multiple times if there is any other extra charges then that time they denied. When they come to home to collect the luggage, they came without cello tapes or plastic to pack the bags, they told me they will do in their warehouse. And in bill they charged 1000 extra for the insurance and docket charge and told me that they will send the insurance bill to my email id. Which I never received from them. I gave them 5000 as a cash and transferred 1000 to their account.

They told me that they will deliver the stuff in 5-6 days but after 5-6 days they started calling me saying that they have not received the amount yet and you will have to transfer 3000 extra if you want your stuff back. I enquired the bank, they send me the confirmation mail where it was clearly written that amount has been transferred to the account. They keep on calling and harassing(THEY ABUSE) , VIRENDER was a guy who is a typical illiterate who does not know how to talk to girls. Virender told he does not who is Satish, you didn’t talk to me initially so you will have to pay 4000 more else we will not give your stuff. Then after a lot of fight they took 1000 more and after that they give the bangalore’s office address. Where again they showed their ugly face by telling they will not deliver the stuff, you have to come to the warehouse for collecting it as Virender was not paying them. In bangalore they are tied up with some other company name Cargo packer&movers. So we have to go to their warehouse which was 40 kms away from the my place. And when I saw my luggage it was not even wrapped up with the plastic, they damaged each and every thing. They stolen the stuffs too. The phone no and the website address mentioned in the bill does not EXISTS!! They are really an asshole who sucks blood of other people. BEWARE FROM THEM.
