Gaursons had cancelled my flat which i booked in April, 2010 in Gaur City, Noida Extension with initial amount depositing Rs. 2 Lac with them for the reason i delayed my payment for one month. The deposit of 30% was to be made till 31 December, 2010, because of my pregnancy during that time i could process my loan with bank, they on their own cancelled my flat on 8 January, 2011 without intimating me, i pleaded them and i requested that i had genuine problem and my loan was sanctioned on 31st January, 2011 but they asked for 1.50 lakh extra amount, which i was unable to pay. i pursued them for 3 months, finally they gave me the refund on June, 2011 without interest or anything. i want my flat which i booked in April, 2010 with Rs. 2 Lakh. i did not get any interest or anything. I want my flat which they cancelled because their flat demands are rising and they are extoring huge sum of money.
