Dear Jio Team, I brought Jio Sim on 01-09-2016 at Reliance Store, Ghaziabad. The Jio Sim is not activated till date. I submit my passport copy for identity proof. I have no any message received by Jio. So, kindly resolve my problem. Regards, Niranjan Kumar

Sir i think i am stuck in Jio SIM activation process trap. I got jio sim 24 august today is 12 september my jio sim 7017575902 was not in signal. No msg no network in 20 days. I send a lot of email to your care and many time i go to jio care rudrapur uttrakhand but nobody help me then why are you show this drama of costumer care. There are nobody do care of costumer.again i send you full detail of my sim do somthing if you do.
