Dear sir/madam, We have purchased Fastrack watch with model number 1397SL01 on http://www.giftstoindiaplaza.com on 6th, April 2013 at around 9am ISD. We got the email regarding the order details. After 2 days, we tried to reach the given help line numbers(9007135601 / 9674948876). They are not at all responding. Once they picked the call and kept aside. After that they did not pick the call to cancel the order. hey have specified that the order will be full filled within 1 to 3 days. They did not communicate anything regarding the order status though we sent number of emails and calls. I don’t have any hope on this merchant that the order will happen. They do not have at least responsibility to update the status through email. They do not have minimum courtesy to answer the calls of customers. I request you to take necessary action to get my order done asap. I want to sue against them as their specific delivery time doesn’t meet their actual delivery time and no response/update regarding the same from their end. The delivery time specified at below link doesn’t meet in my case.
