I had purchased a set( Gionee Elife E7 Mini) on 14/08/2014.It works nicely till one month. but on 14/09/2014 it got fully discharged , when i charged it and turned it ON,its display was not there. I took the phone to the dealer as well as to the service centre, both were saying that display is damaged although there is no sign of physical damage. The phone is in the warranty of one year.

Sir, The cost of the phone is Rs,18000. The display is of cost around 6000.Company told that i have to pay it although the phone is in warranty period. How the display is damaged without any sign of physical damage. Its totally due to some charging problem(Technical Fault)
