Sir/Madam, I have ordered a gift online through Gitstoindiaplaza.com ( Powered by India Shopping Plaza) on 05-Mar-2014 and asked them to deliver the same to the address that I have mentioned on 08-Mar-2014. But till now (11-MAr-2014) neither the gift was not delivered to the recipient nor the amount was refunded to my account. I have contacted them via email, phone or online chat but no response from their side. Meanwhile they have banned me in their online chat forum.

I want them to refund my amount with interest on it
