I had contracted Global Cargo Packers Pvt Ltd for shifting my household luggage from New Delhi to Visakhapatnam on full-load consignment. Truck was loaded on 19 Nov 13 and was promised delivery on 26 Nov 13. No response is received from the firm and they have now intimated that the truck got broken down at Nagpur and truck has not moved for last 8 days. They neither pick up my calls or give any commitment on delivery date. Plz help.

Due to non-availability of luggage for past one week, we are forced to stay outside resulting in heavy financial losses. Mental agony, frustration leading to mental stress is making it worse.

The firm is to deliver the house hold luggage without any further delay and reimburse the cost towards accommodation outside and mental agony.
