The below mail was sent to the on 14-04-2015:- Hello This is with reference to Go Air Flight – Goa to Delhi on 12th April 2015 @ 6:30 pm. In this connection, following is submitted for your information and response:- 1. When flight was announced for boarding at gates, although it was late but was announced before so is business as usual; 2. Guests started for boarding and after some of guests were allowed, without any information the entry to the gate was stopped. No information was provided/announced on reasoning; 3. We kept waiting for long without information and then started going for sitting without much of noise; 4. After some time, again check in started and when inquired, goa air staffs said that due technical issue the delay; 5. Acceptable and move forward, it was informed by pilot also on the delay due to technical issue; 6. Issue started after some time, when aircraft stabilized and all Lavatories were shown as RED signal and to support that dinner started serving to make an excuse that it is not allowed to use lavatories; 7. When guests started enquiring as being natural break, wanted to go in and to quite surprising then only slowly and gradually it was informed that some issue in lavatories so can not used; 8. I checked with staffs of aircraft and she said that since taking off, all lavatories were blocked and that was seem to be the reasons for delayed 9. Many of us suffered a lot due to unethical practice adopted by your airline, It was terrible and dangerous to take such a risk of not informing to medical ill, who might have issue on controlling natural process; 10. Your Airline had taken a big risk and adopted unethical practice of flying without having basic facility in placed in the aircraft knowingly and saving on cost; 11. It was also told that Airline did not want to make inconvenient to the guests but why was that it was not informed to us before and why the lie was told? I have taken sign off from approx 56 co passenger (16 external and 40 for our group) in this regard and a copy of the letter duly acknowledged by your staff is also attached for your record. We were group of 40 members along with other co passenger boarded the flight from Goa to Delhi with unethical practice of non working of any lavatories, although it was known to ground and crew staffs but they took decision to take off without giving any indication to the passengers. I have taken a signature camp within the flight and sent a mail for their response for which they said will come back and still no response from them after couple of week. We are looking for penal action against the Airline with adequate compensation to all passengers.
