I am raising this case on behalf of my Uncle. He travelled on 24th March from Banglore to Delhi flight no: G8116.After arriving Delhi, he come to know that Baggage was missing as per Airport Authority he filled a Baggage Missing Form and had a discussion with them. After Chasing them many time after 7 days we come to know that they are unable to trace baggage and on 8th April they offered Comensation of 200 per kg which is unacceptable.Weight of Baggage is 11 kg and its containig more then 10 pairs of Ladis Suites.

its a VIP Tolley which is more than cost of 4000,Baggage was conatining more than 10 pairs of Ladis Suites, 1 thermus, 1 blanket. Each Ladies Suits worth more than 2500-4000.

We required Claim upto 30000 INR
