Dear Sir, I have booked flight ticket on 11 November 2014, from Delhi to Guwahati (PNR No YMLK05) 13 days before to flight departure at Rs 7360.00 schedule departure 11:00 AM. On 17th Nov 14, I got a call from Go Air, stating above mentioned flight got preponed, and new departure time is 8:45 AM. They gave me option for full refund or reschedule for any other date/time. Since,departure at 8:45 AM on 23rd Nov 14, was early for me so I requested them to re-schedule for Monday 8:45 AM departure from Delhi arriving Guwahati at 11:00 AM. As airline was not having any flight in the evening of 23rd. Now, on 23rd Nov 2014 at 23:47 hrs I got SMS from GOAir, stating flight G8-151 got rescheduled from 8:45 AM to 10:00 AM for 24th November 2014. And will reach Guwahati at 12:15 PM. I called Airline at 02066895xxx, explained my situation, asked them to arrange for some different Airline which will make me reach Guwahati by 1100 AM, But they denied for such provisions, the representative kept on saying sorry without any solution. The only solution Airline provided was to take full refund. But full refund never helps at last moment as the cost of other airlines for same sector and time has already been increased in double or triple fold. Now fare for other airline reaching Guwahati around 10:00 AM is above Rs 14,800, this is almost the double the cost I paid to GoAir, 13 days ago, at the time of booking. GoAir played with me without respecting my time value or urgency to reach destination. Rescheduling the same flight twice is like a child play. GoAir finally left me with no option. Just to raise issue with Customer care to help. Hope to get some proper judgement from you. Regards Vishal

I was having a schedule meeting with my customer. And due to GO AIR flight frequent reschedules, this impacted my business and put me in bad face in front of my customer and gave me tension and worries as a compensation Rs 1,000,000 should be charged to the airline, in order to avoid such inconvenience to people of nation.
