I had booked return flight from Ranchi-Mumbai on Go Air for travel on 2nd and 4th of January ( PNR 0TOCH6) but due to some reasons I had cancelled this ticket on 30 Dec-13. I was told that refund would come in 7-8 working days. It has been 24 working days since then and I have not received any intimation nor the refund amount credit back to my credit card ending in 1781. I had called the customer care on 4th January and was told that it would be done in next 3-4 days.I again called on 19th Jan and 21st janu for the status and I was told that it will be processed soon. I have also written mails to the refunds team, Nodal officer but didn’t get any response on them. I also tried to contact them on their facebook page. Still the refund is not done.
I want my money to be credited into my credit card account ASAP as well as written apology for causing me inconvenience. If this continues for longer this can go worse.
