I have booked fridge under Green Mumbai drive in exchanging of my present Frost Free double Door working and good condition Godrej fridge with single door direct cooling fridge of almost same capacity 240L. Model No RD Egepro 240PDS 5.1. Firstly they delivered product late and more importantly delivered Out of order product. Fridge is not working at all. No one service technician came for installation and demo. 1. No one service technician has visited after delivery wherein got the phone and message too that Mr Tanam Rameez Khan will visit in two hours time from the delivery from Ghatkopar. Surprisingly even after 8 hours no one visited and not bother to give courtesy call to customer. Though the actual time required to reach at Andheri my location not more than 25 minutes from Ghatkopar. 3. Delivery got delayed, may be because of breakdown, but the concern delivery man doesn’t informed whether can come or not and that way have to waste my full day waiting for him. Next day supposed to come early morning by 9.30 am as committed by him but didn’t turn up till 11am that disturbs our day schedule. Over and above he carried away carting along with him. Actually this is unethical act. Also expecting some favor in-spite of giving poor service.

I want my fridge to be replaced immediately and compensation for my mental trouble and damagaed happened.
