Shukla GH 8 /456 Paschim vihar new delhi -110087 Has Bought godrej Window AC 1.5 TON Which is currently under AMC is not working properly . Compressor not working (included in AMC ) . Even After registering my complaint on dated 6th May , 2015 No solid response has been received from Godrej Smart Care .while their technical reply to me by saying “AMC hi toh krvayi h , khareed thodi liya h company ko , toh kya hua , ho jayega”. There 3 business days guarantee has been lapsed and more than 15 days has been past still no response . on 13th , a fake visit was there just to check the problem which had no solution . you are requested to please do the needful . Note :- compressor is faulty , the godrej people might fool you by saying gas not charge as there is NAALA Behind which will result in gas leakage quickly . Compressor is not working .

I want them to either replace my product with a brand new same feature AC with new warranty otherwise please repair the compressor and faulty products along with provide me the amount of ?6000(rental and extra electricity cost ) which has cost me economically weaken during this 15 days of no service/backup/
