With reference to the trailing mail, this is to inform you that my query is yet to be resolved. “I have travelled from Delhi to Guwahati on January 3, 2016 by AI 891 and my PNR is HM5B5. Please provide me the fares details to submit to my office.”

It is very unfortunate that you are not responding to my request. Please look into the matter, details in the trailing mail, and expedite the process to provide me the information.

You are requested to provide the bill/fares for PNR No. HM5B5. Despite of my several request to travel@goibigo.com and mansitravel@goibigo.com but nobody has so far has given any reply.
