I traveled through indigo airline no 6e 207 and 208 from jaipur to guwahati and vice versa respectively. my PNR no. is B53KWP. during both the flights the airline staff damaged my suitcase during transit. when i reported the matter to the ground staff at jaipur airport they did not entertain my complaint and were rude to me. they said they were not responsible to the damage caused to my baggage and refused to help me

The sheer callousness and negligence of the airline staff has resulted in a financial loss to me and was a traumatic experience due to indifferent behaviour of the staff.

I want a full compensation for my loss (damage to the baggage) which was around 3000 INR. and also want the airline to be held responsible for the episode so that they are more accountable in the future.
