My GoodYear Tyre has been blowing from one side of Tyre, which as per dealer also (M/s Hind Tyre) is manufacturing defect but Good year engineer who has recently joined, has refused to replace the said tyre under replacement as he is of the opinion that this has happened due to alignment, All other tyres are not at all affected, which are even much older than this tyre. This kind of response from Good Year was never expected. I have recently bought another Tyre 1.5 months back, considering the behaviour and attitude of Good Year representative, I am forced to return newly purchased tyre also. I am Auditor of JK Tyre and also consulted them along with Goodyear Inspection report and Tyre. They are itself shocked to see remarks of your engineer. Their words are “This is foolish and breach of trust with Customer, this is undoubtedly a manufacturing defects as tyre got blown from one side only and all others tyres are perfect” Compliant No. Q1007140237 Request you to please look into and replace the manufacturing defective tyre immediately.
