I have purchased a Nexus 5 module number D821 IMEI no. 358239056644208 on November 26, 2013 at the name of stuti purohit from google play store and the delivery address was New York . Few days back the screen of the mobile got broke and i replaced the screen by paying the said amount at LG service center Shreeji Communication, Vadodara India. After getting the phone when i asked for the bill they refuse to give then after taking to the customer care they gave me the bill but without warranty and guaranty bill which find me strange. A company’s authorized service center gives the product to the customer without warranty or guaranty is strange.. So after discussing a lot they don’t agree to give me warranty or guaranty. So i request you to please Help me regarding this.
