I have Google Nexus 5 phone– Few days back there was a software update from them for all users so we did it. Now after doing that , we are facing serious issue with the phone. I just bought it 4 months back and a brand new phone which is expensive too. now they are not helping me . I want them to solve this issue asap or replace my phone.
I want them to Pay me – $1000 – for the inconvenience . I called so many times they just disconnected the call. Sue them I want them to give ma new phone and also pay me $1000
