sir i have shifted my household material from delhi to tezpur assam through gopala packers and movers but during the transit my material got damaged severely , when i complain about it to the agency they give the insurance policy details and told to claim my damage but now the insurance company have told me that the claim is not admissible because it is due to the jolts and jerks during the transit. now when i again tried to contact the agency he is not even picking my phone. what should i do now please help me.

i want compensation for the damage that have been done during transit mainly for broken TV, almirah etc.
