I have purchased Movado Juro Collection 605030 watch during the Great Online Shopping Festival on Discount on December 11, 2013 for INR 29220. They had confirmed to deliver the watch by December 24, 2013. After repeated follow ups they have not yet delivered the watch and they are refusing to deliver the same providing different reasons like non availability of watch / the watch which they have is not working properly / there was an error by them and by mistake they have put the watch on sale. I have not received any feedback or calls from them after repeated follow ups. We request you to kindly help me to resolve the same.

would request you to ask them to deliver the product which they have sold online. They should stuck to their commitment and deliver what they have sold.
