I did buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab with order no.22435228 from greendust.com on 27 June,2014 at 5:17 PM . On 28 June at 9:58 AM I called greendust & enquired about what type of refurbishment has been done & by whom in that product, which they denied to inform me which is my RIGHT TO BE INFORMED as a customer under JAGO GRAHAK JAGO. So I requested to cancel my order within 17 hours of order. Despite of that company sent the article to me from courier service ECOM EXPRESS WHICH I REFUSED TO RECEIVE & PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED BACK TO GREENDUST ON 7 JULY, 2014( As shown on ECOM’s tracking. Detail has been attached.) I had demanded for 100% refund on 28 June itself but company is making various type of excuses. Despite of several calls from my side they have not generated my refund & also they threat me to deduce 10% i.e.Rs 1320 for doing nothing.
100% refund as I requested a refund within 17 hours of order (I was told by customer care executive that my order was not processed by then).
