Dear Sir/MAM, I, undersigned have procured two subscriptions (Primary & Add-on), I have remunerated advance annual subscription for both connections till Sept 2013`, and been only using one subscription since 25.04.2013` due to fault in one of S.T.B… (Primary) Primary Subscription: – When S.T.B. was been collected by your representative it was working, the only issue was channels were not been able to be tunned. Nevertheless, when given back, it’s totally a dead box (S.T.B.), and now for the same been pose to paid ? 600/- (Rs. Six hundred- Only) towards repair charges, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME (Kindly refer beneath tabulation), in past also been paying Rs. 200 – Rs. 500 for repairs (payment receipt(s) for same never raise nor been given). Anticipating, said fix charges to be relinquish off and S.T.B. will be restored instantly. Add-on:- S.T.B. hardware of Add-on subscription is now been used for Primary subscription. Add-on subscription (new, after digitalization compulsory) is subscribed since March 2013`mid (hardly one n a half month used, prior to set top box broken down), & have paid ? 1200/- (Rs. Twelve hundred- Only) for this add-on STB in March 2013`. Anticipating, said fix charges to be relinquish off and S.T.B. will be restored instantly OR kindly balance refund/surrendering ADD-on “advance subscription payment” & newly bought “add on S.T.B. price”. I am dejected with excellence of S.T.B. been supplied by 7 star, hereby beneath is particulars of S.T.B.’s been procure by me. (Payment receipt(s) for same never raise nor been given). I tried calling at “B.C. Vision” office for my grumble and narrated the same, but there is no “7 star” / “associate business partners” personal to attend to it acutely and understand the worth of subscribers hard earn money. BUT, workforce deployed is extremely rude & discourteous and care least to customer suffers. I am a Sr. Citizen, retired/ pensioner, Anticipating, said fix charges to be relinquish off and S.T.B. will be restored instantly, OR balance refund/surrendering of ADD-on “advance subscription payment” & newly bought “add on S.T.B.”. At 7 star website you assure; “Will there be any Complaint or visiting charges by the technical personal?
