have purchased a product through online from Group On. But I am not satisfied with the deal.As per their specification, I have taken a deal including X ray. But they are not providing me the X-ray facility.I have the copy of proof. Whenever i called them , they refund me the Rs 99 in my group on wallet not in my account. But i told them i dont want the refund , i want only X Ray deal. But they are unable to provide me. I told them, this is your fault, so as penalty you refund me the full amount of Rs 599 to my account in which the amount has deducted.
