Booking on Groupon deal-Rs5000 with 1d/n stay at the resort with lunch ,dinner,breakfast buffet.The resort confirmed the jain buffet after which we checked in.On going there was no jain buffet and they served only 2 vegetables,dal,rice and roti, where s for buffet they had nore than 60 varieties of food. Buffet amount was charged to us and then too they served any vegetable without our consent and that too without salt and spices.Also on complaining to the staff they insulted and humilated us in front of everyone and told to go and upgrade our package to a la carte if we wanted to eat. I had to starve due to unavailability of jain food and entire day out was converted to traumatic and mental harassment by the Resort staff with many humiliating incidents.

I wrote to the resort management but they are also of the same rude and least concerned about their customers, they had taken advance money so now they dont care.The package cost was Rs 5000/- but the mental harsassment ,humility and the trauma caused is tremendously high, even during the conversation with their staff Jignesh post our stay had been very humilating and there is no response to the mails that I have been writing except is apology for formality without actually having the feeling of guilt.
