GroupOn Sold HealthCare Tests Incomplete – Poor Service

I purchased a Health Checkup Deal from Groupon for My Mother on 02-04-2013. In deal it was clearly mentioned Testing will be done in House. But when their executive came, he performed half of the tests and said i will come tomorrow for rest of testing.But their executive never bck even after 10 days. I contacted Groupon Cutomer Care Centre, they said you have to visit the centres for rest of the testing. I visited with mother to their centre after taking my leave.Till now they have not given the reports, already 20 days have been passed. My mother is heart patient and testing was related to Heart. By the time if some mis-happening happened who is responsible ?? I contacted several times but there is no response from their side. Groupon People making fool of people by charging advance payment and after their is no response. Please help me sort out the issue.

My mother is suffering from Heart problem, due to delay in reports there may sevre damage and it is life threating. Due to this we done the tested from other lab and paid amount again and my one day leave amount is 2500.

My one day salary and amount paid for testing for both(paid to groupon and another lab) should be refunded. They are playing with life of people, serious penalty should be there.
