This complain is regarding the two Groupon vouchers I purchased for “Oakwood Premier Prestige Offer 1: 4- Course Lunch or Dinner”. The groupon page on the deal was showing two pictures (one for indoor restaurant and another for pool side restaurant), and safely assuming that the buyer will have choice of having lunch/dinner in either indoor restaurant or pool-side restaurant I had purchased the vouchers. When, I called Oakwood to make advance booking for dinner, I was told that the deal is for the second floor restaurant (indoor restaurant). I spoke to two-three representative of Oakwood and despite they agreeing to my argument that the picture of poolside restaurant on the deal page giving indication to customers that the customer have choice to have food at the poolside restaurant they told that the same should be sorted out at Groupon level. I started following up with Groupon to sort out the issue, I shared the complaint through email. After following up for some 10 days they finally declined to give any relief.( Just want to mention that after I had raised this issue with Oakwood the picture of pool-side restaurant was removed from Groupon justifying their misselling.) I would like to file a complain against Groupon for misselling the product and also denying refund of my money.
I want a disciplinary action against the vendor as well as the actual product which I purchased.
