I am user of GTPL Broadband Connection in the name of :Uteshiya Medicare Pvt Ltd I’d : Uteshiya Complaint registered on 28th April then could not be solved properly so one more complaint registered on 30th April. Complaint no. 600755 Called so many time every time they give some commitment not act accordingly They tell in 24 hours complain will be resolved for them that means 3 days.. Every third day same problem.. No body bother to act on it.

i have lasted important mail regarding my business and lost communication because of this.

wanted to get the connection in active mode as soon as possible
