Haier A.C – Stopped Working -No Customer Care

We bought a Haier airconditioner. after installation we first used it in the summers of 2014. After a feq days of proper working the airconditioner stopped Workig properly. It would stop the cooling every 10 minutes of use. Then you will have to wait for the compressor to cool down to use it again. But the problem persiated. We booked a complaint with the customer care. this is when the actual problem started. i recevied the local service center’s number and i called them to know when they would send the technician. After a lot of promises and calls they send thier technician. The first thing their technician noted was the installation was not proper, which was done by none other than themselves. The tech then told us that he will come again to check if there any leakages and said there might be a voltage problem too. He then disappeared and i ended up making lots of calls to the local centre and to the central customer care number too but all in vain. From the customer care number i got to know that my problem status at their side is RESOLVED and if i insist they will book another complaint.thats all they can do. And thats what they did. Another complaint booked another wait started. After another hundred calls their technician showed up and his time they checked for leakage and found a couple and fixed them as per their satisfaction. And also checked the voltage and suggested us to get a stabiliser installedand they were gone again and the problem was still there.i again started callig them to get the stabilizer installed and they would just give me different times again and again and no one ever showed up.finally i got the stabilizer installed myself and the problem seemed to have resolved. But this summer the same problem arose and i booked anothercomplaimt with the company. Their tech came after a week, checked for leakages, found none. He assured us that everyhing was fine and its just the gas that is not upto the mark and i have ro get it refilled. I asked them as to how the gas level fell down iF there are no leakages he promptly said our tech last year must have FORGOTTEN to refill it after repairing the leakages and now you will have to get it refilled if you want the aircondtioner to work normally. now the first year i made hundreds of call and the problem was still not solved(by the company). And the second year the company was charging me rs.1800 for gas refilling. the first year my family had to sleep in sweltering heat for almost 15 days and that too when the summer was harshest in our region, because their service was not prompt or accurate enough. And now i was asked to pay for their faults to refill the gas. Finally i had to get the gas refilled from the market for a cheaper rate. only if they would have solved the problem the first time it arose and worked more sincerely, i wouldnt have had to sleep without proper cooling nor i wud have to go through all the pain to make hundreds of calls, shouting, requesting them to solve

I want the money (though i domt care about the money now that my problem has been solved)they asked for refilling the gas. certain amount for all the toil i had to go through making all those calls to the service vendors and customer care. And assurance that they would not practice such rudeness and unprofessional behavious with any other customer. i juat want to make sure that these guys know that their acts are not goimg un noticed and they have to carry out the responsibilities they are bound to and they have to treat their customers with respect and professionalism.
