I have purchased Haier CG220 SmartPhone Mobile on 02/09/2013 from Reliance Webworld. Now the handset is creating a problem for which I have been to the Service Centre at vijeex systems no-42,ida scudder road opp daily thanthi, , vellore ,tamilnadu, India ( work order no-VLR/HE/13/00098. who has taken the handset and kept with him for 15 days after which he not informing any details about my handset . Whenever I asked that the Service Center has not done anything and the handset with them, without service.. He is not willing to listen to me. Pls look into the matter and help resolve the issue . Since the handset is in Warranty Period.

I hope you will resolve my problem very soon as we pay so much for SmartPhones but they don’t work at all.
