Hi, I purchased a Haier fridge from Spencer , Atghara Kolkata. There is problem when we defrost the fridge, water gets spill out on the floor from the drain tray. I raised many complaints in the past, a ticket gets generated and the engineer does not know anything and does some experiments. Once the engineer came and told that there is problem with the chiller tray causing the problem and he replaced the tray and empied the drain tray from fridge’s back. Complaint was closed as completed and after few days again the problem was there, again we raised the complaint, engineer came in and did nothing and made us write a comment on the service slip for replacement but nothing happened and he never turned up. We called customer service and they again gave new ticket number. Again the same engineer came who replaced the chiller tray, now he told that drain tray need to be replaced and he replaced the same. After few days again we had a problem and this is high time now, complaint number KO20161012102655 was created on 12th Oct and the same engineer came and he was saying that water gets spill out on the floor for all the refrigraters. I wrote the comment on his service slip for replacement and what this man does , he closed the service ticket without resolving the issue. It seems this company has kept untrained people who can not find the problem nor they want to perform the duty deligenty. Following with the this I again called customer care and again they raised a new ticket KO20161017103434 on 17th Oct. Today I just received the call but there was no visit. They call upon but no resolution.. This is the last complaint, I will have to go to consumer court against Haier now if this is not resolved and my fridge is not replaced. NEVER BUY HAIER PRODUCT, STRONG RECOMMENDATION TO ALL. VERY BAD SERVICE
