Haier – poor product and service

i bought an Haier LCD 19 inch TV in 2011. in feb 2013 it showed blurred picture . i registered a complaint in the company and they sent a mechanic who said that that the whole TV is to be sent to ratlam . i did . after a week they told me that the panel of TV has gone so there are 2 options for me . either a pay to fix the panel or by paying the difference i can a new LED 19 inch LED TV. i opted to get a new LED TV which i received in march 2013 . now again the LED TV was working automatically . i again logged a complaint to the companyy and this time the same mechanic from ratlam sent a mother board to change . now this mother doesnt work . the mechanic sometimes says its the motherboard problem sometimes not and han he sends faulty and used motherboard saying that this is a new one .

i want my LED TV to be changed / repaired
