I have re-reported complain. against mobile handset model no cg220 at the Haier mobile service center at IT service at jamshedpur on 11/08/2024 in warranty period aginst Job ID no- 9276.But Handset is not serviced back until today 02/03/2015. When I talked to an customer care executive He told me that your mobile user handed over on 29/11/2014. But it is not services back to me until .When talked to mr Rovi Roy at east zone he told me that the parts is dispatched earlier and it will be handed you earlier but it is not got me until.My business is getting on loss for the same. Please help me in this regard.
