I Mr Daniel Murzello, would like to Bring to your Kind Attention that despite the Order given by you, to the Society to make us members of the Society.. However the Committee Members have Failed and Refused to Obey the Order, Stating that such Orders can be Bought, and we don’t need to Obey any such Order. And have demanded Money to do the Same.
The Committee Members who Made illegal Demands of Money, Dominated and Ruled Our Society are,
Mr S M Shrivastav – Former Treasure / Secretary.
Mr Anant D Rajput – Former Secretary.
Mr Ashish Shetty – Former Treasure / Secretary.
Mr Vijay Kadam – Former Treasure.
Mr D D Kolte – Chairman (Since 1996 to 2012 Nearly 16 Years).
Now that Mr D D Kolte has Left the Society after Creating a Mess of the Accounts, has Promoted
Mr Ashish Shetty the New Chairman.
Mr S Sonawne the New Secretary.
Mrs Mamta Vishwakarma the New Treasure.
However even the New Committee Members have not been able to provide any Explanation for the illegal Demands of Money. But they have also Continue to Do the Same like the others. As they have learnt from the Master D D Kolte, how to harass members of the society.
I have been writing request after request to you to clear this Pending issue but I am Sorry to say that you have not bothered to take any action or most of the time never replied to any of my request. Only because you did not take any action against such Inappropriate Behavior. Theses Dishonest, Corrupt and Greedy Committee Members have always taken advantage of their Post and have misused their Powers and our societies Funds. As they think they are above the Law.
What’s more surprising is that we have been writing to you since 2004. (nearly 10 years), regarding this Issue, but till date we have not been given Justice WHY?. As theses Committee Members have continued to harass me and my Family for Money.
1. They threaten us with desire consequences stating that our room would be sealed and our things auctioned. If we don’t pay them.
2. Threaten to disconnect our Water and Electricity Supply of our room. If we don’t give into their illegal demands.
3. They humiliate us in front of other members, by calling us Defaulters, though our payments are always made on time. And there are no dues pending on our room.
4. They very smartly add interest to the illegal amount, they keep demanding from us. For no Reason.
5. They have never been able to provide any explanation to us, regarding the illegal demands for money they have been making.
6. They charge Extra money from us towards our monthly charges, every month. For no Reason.
7. They suddenly started issuing On Account receipt, for our monthly payments we have been making every month. For no Reason.
8. They Demanded money to issue us Our Share Certificate.
9. Though they have not made us Members, they send notices Demanding money from us on our Name.
10 They suddenly decided to stop taking our Monthly Maintenances. Again for no reason, only to harass me and my Family.

We had met recently in your office on the 9th June 2014, and you told me to write an application regarding my complaint once again. And you convinced me that action will be taken.. However as usual, you did not have the courtesy to even reply to the application I had sublimated to you..

So once again with this letter I would request you to kindly take some necessary action, against such Harassment my Family and I are going through, for such a long time. As they have deprived us of our legal rights as Members.

As such Harassment and Goonda raj has to Stop.
