Hello, I owned a tata docomo postpaid no for to use in dongle. It worked fine for almost 2 months.from june 2014 i got problem with no connectivity issue. I filed complaints on helpline son many time. They said we will send some engineer to look into but no one came to my place. i was not able to connect and if some time connects then very slow speed.I launched complaints so many time but no worth.I was not able to chat with my clients due to this. It went for 2 months. I told them i will not pay you for this.i requested to close the connection but they did not. Now i am getting threat calls from the company and some Delhi Legal Service and some other resources to pay 3000 rs. So what should i pay for. I want to get rid of this and want to punish them for this harassment. This tata docomo is third class service provider.This is not fit for service industry. They make people harass.
I want heavy financial and legal action against TATA and Delhi Legal Service. So they think 100 time before do this to anyone.
