My A/C No. 300455. Plan expiry was 24 th April 2014. I paid on 20 th April 2014 through ICICI Bank internet banking.The credit amount reflected on Hathway my account. Still thry deactivated my account.

No physical damage but wated time in followup with Hathway customer care.

None. Only want their service to improve not to affect the customer
