Hathway Broadband – Improper Service

Sir, I have taken internet service from M/s> Hathway Broadband in Aug 2013. From that date onwards there was improper service till date. I have called many times they just log the complaint and tell it will rectified. I even mail to nodal officer earlier in month of August 2013 and he called assuring me of proper service henceforth. For few days it was fine and again same repeated in month of October 2013. Irrespective of repeated complaints in October 2013 there was no proper response. I even mailed to Nodal officer but there is no reply from them.

The service provider should provide me extension of service validity to me for the period during which service was not provided and also should provide written commitment for all the customers that it is not going to repeat such failures in future, if so action that can be taken against them if it repeats.
