Hathway took prepaid rental for Broadband. Unable to provide service for month of June 2014. I’ve done umpteen phone calls for reporting issues. They don’t have toll free number. Every time I had spend my money in phone calls. They agreed to provide waiver for the June bill. They were unable to solve technical issues and service was down. I had got another service and asked to disconnect on Jun 26th. Even after disconnection they generated bill for July 2014, August 2014. Now, Even after umpteen calls they are not refunding the waived Jun bill and my caution deposit.
Mental Agony due to the cheating & unresponsive service provider. I was not able to dispense my office work (I usually check emails from home during off-hours) Spent more than Rs.200 in phone calls. Caution deposit of Rs.500, And Rs.900 for June 2014 bill.
