I had purchased the Havells Mixer Grinder, Model-Sprint from one of the authorized dealer on 20th Jan 2013. Soon after purchasing this unit I found the quality was not good. The motor sounds much as if it is an old machine, also while using for wet / dry grinding we found the quality not good.I had complained on 2nd Feb 2013 vide complaint no CB011360 and again on 22nd July 13 vide complaint no CG222341. The service person visited twice but did not listen and told that everything is OK.

I want my money back – Rs.2950/- that I had paid for purchasing of this machine.
