I ordered a laptop on Nov-18-2013 for model HCL Beanstalk AD1V0057 at hclstore.in (online). When I placed the order the sales agent (Rahul Kumar Mishra) confirmed that there is a special deal where I will get a Printer and Scanner. When the order was delivered, it had physical damage and also the printer and scanner was not there. When we tried to register for scanner/printer, the online message that was displayed was “This model is not eligible for scanner/printer”. Its a complete fraud

I want my money back or compensation for the same
