to, m/s hcl sir, i anil pruthi, advocate had bought an hcl me champ tablet for my son whose serial no is 013yf00s1d1t06089 on 21/03/2014, going only on the brand name of hcl.that the tablet parents lock is not opening i did not set any pass word, i took the same to the service centre at janakpuri district centre ,new delhi, there the representative also tried to set the paasword but could not set the same. i made call at customer care they also tried to solve the problem but was not able to do the same. i called service centre again the rep asked me to come and they would set the password and would charge rs 561 for the same. it is very strange once something is wrong in the tablet , why should i be made to pay for the same. this is gross deficiency in service which is not expected from a company like hcl.i request you to lookn in the matter and get the needful done. anil kumar pruthic advocate delhi high court 98911761xxx 9811021xxx
